Bible Foods that God created for man to eat.

Bible Foods that God created for man to eat. Did you know that there are foods that God created that are just for man to eat of and that there are foods created by man that do not provide good health for the body. God's foods provide proper nutrition for your body because they promote good health. Who knows more about our bodies then God and yet many Christians look to the world for wisdom about this subject.
God prophesied in 1Timothy 4:3 "forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth." This is what we are experiencing today when it comes to food and that is we have turned from eating real food and replaced it with junk.

We are to eat food that God created and not what man creates. What is the biblical definition of Food? When the scriptures talk about food most people think about restaurants and grocery stores that have what appears to be food, but is it really food? The definition of food is found in the Bible and this is the only definition that matters.
Gen 1:29 And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food." So what exactly is food? Food comes from the ground and is grown from seeds that comes from the vegetable and fruit itself otherwise it is not food. Let us understand this definition better.  Real food is to be eaten in its natural form which means to eat it raw right from the ground.

Most cooking destroys foods. Some cooking of vegetables for only a couple of minutes is good if it is eaten in small quantities. Boiled or steamed is appropriate, all deep frying is not God's way. Food that is raw is real food that God created for man to eat and it should be about 70 percent of our diet because God created our bodies for raw vegetables.
Some meats are good if roasted over a fire and eaten in small amounts and dairy only if it comes straight from the cow or goat. Grains can be stone ground into flour and made into bread but it must be 100% whole grain that is not processed.

Real bread that God gave instruction on how to make will use only these ingredients: Whole grain flour, water, cold pressed olive oil and yeast or without yeast. Sometimes they would make this bread with raisins or dates in a small amount. All so called food that has been processed is as good as poison and is not fit for human consumption.
Let us get back to God's food and Love Him because  He first loved us at the Cross. Thanks to Jesus Christ  that we can know the truth. Everything we do is to be for God's Glory. See: 1Co 10:31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
