Bible truth shows us that all Pastors need to be able to cast out demons because the scriptures (Study: Mark 16:15-20) say this is one of the signs that follow believers. The Church today is in a sad state, but there is hope for the Christian who wants to live in the Kingdom of God and by truth.
There are some few and far between qualified Spiritual Leaders who are able to help you get deliverance by casting out the demons you are dealing with. You may find yourself in a situation where you have no access to a qualified Spiritual Leader who could help you get delivered from demons. Many qualified Spiritual Leaders will only help family and friends maybe because of their schedule. If you have no relationship with a qualified Spiritual Leader that could help you what will you do? Do what the bible scriptures say on truth!
Study: Isa 52:2 Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion! Study the passage in Mark 16:15-20 where it says that all believers in Jesus Christ can cast out evil spirits, so that would include setting yourself free from demons. Christ Who is truth has given us His authority to expel demons (study: Luke 10:19).
Truth is that most Christians and Churches today do not even believe that a believer in Christ Jesus can be oppressed and afflicted with evil spirits. Most Christians believe that only the people who are without Christ are in need of deliverance from demons. The bible scriptures teach us the truth about demons and who are the people who suffer the most from evil spirits. According to the Bible only a Christian can be set free from demons and remain free. A person who does not know Jesus Christ can be set free from evil spirits but the deliverance that they would receive would only make things worse because the demons would come back and more of them would enter into them making their life much worse then before. The truth is that Christians can have demons:
God told us as Christians that we should be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Bible Study: Eph 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit.
What if we as believers in Christ are only 90% filled, who or what occupies the other 10% of our heart? The truth is that our hearts either have to be filled with the Holy Spirit or evil spirits because that spiritual place within us has to be filled by the ruler of one of the only 2 Kingdoms in existence. God created our hearts so that He could occupy them but if we do not want God to be in our hearts then the only other alternative is the devil. Some people believe that it is either God Who occupies our hearts 100% or the devil that occupies our hearts 100% but the Bible does not teach this doctrine.
Bible Study: Ephesians 4:27 nor give place to the devil.
This bible verse of scripture was written as well as the entire Bible is written to the believer in Christ Jesus. When a Christian gives place to the devil who occupies or dwells in that place? When you use the intelligence that God has given us you can see from this verse that a Christian can give a portion of their heart to the devil. The Holy Spirit will always occupy part of the Christians heart because He was invite in and Jesus will never leave us. It is possible for the Christian to give a place or a space or a room of their heart to the devil and still remain a Christian. How does a believer in Christ Jesus give place to the devil? They do this by committing a sin or sins (fornication, stealing, lying ETC). The Christian is protected from the devil by living righteous and not sinning anymore.
